Sonja Crosby Voice Actor
Commercial, eLearning and Character voiceovers with a warm, authoritative and engaging tone.

About Sonja
Sonja Crosby is a professional voice actor known for her warm, authentic delivery in commercials, healthcare narration, and corporate storytelling.
Her voice is trusted by agencies, production companies, and organizations who need something that feels clear, grounded,
and real—never forced or overly polished.
A Voice Shaped by Real Life
Beyond the microphone, Sonja’s voice is shaped by lived experience.
She has been married for over 28 years and is the mother of a teenager—roles that have taught her what it means to show up for others while carrying responsibility, emotion, and the need to stay steady through it all.
Earlier in her life, Sonja also experienced caregiving from the other side.
Following a serious car accident that resulted in significant injuries and a long recovery, she spent extended time relying on others for care and support.
That experience—of vulnerability, dependence, and healing—continues to inform the way she approaches both her voiceover work and the caregiver resources she creates.
It’s not theoretical.
It’s lived.
Professional Voiceover
As a SAG-AFTRA voice actor with a broadcast-quality home studio, Sonja provides reliable, high-quality voiceover for:
-
Commercial campaigns
-
Corporate and eLearning narration
-
Healthcare and medical communication
-
Nonprofit and storytelling projects
She is known for being easy to work with, responsive, and consistent—delivering audio that is clean, clear, and ready to use.
Caregiver Support & Audio Work
In addition to her voiceover work, Sonja creates audio reflections and resources designed to support caregivers.
Her work is informed not only by observation, but by lived experience.
In recent years, Sonja cared for both of her parents through Alzheimer’s—beginning with subtle changes and gradually evolving into full-time care, until the loss of her mother. Her father remains in her full-time care.
That experience—of navigating uncertainty, emotional strain, and the day-to-day realities of caregiving—shapes the way she approaches this work.
These pieces were created from a place of understanding—offering calm, encouragement, and space for those who are often carrying more than others see.
Her caregiver audio work is not separate from her voiceover—it is an extension of the same voice: steady, compassionate, and present.
A Simple Approach
Whether working with clients or creating support resources, Sonja’s approach is the same:
Be clear.
Be grounded.
Be human.
